Nick Smith came to our rescue. Our house had no ridge vents. We just bought the house and the ACs have been struggling. Did some research and discovered that the house should have ridge vents. The house was built in 1976 and had several additions. No ridge vents were installed. Nick helped me out with his hard work and installed ridge vents on two separate sections of my roof and installed 2 whirlybirds on one of the sections. He is very polite and professional. I had a small hole in my roof that caused a bit of damage in my house from the rain. Nick was at my house within an hour. Got up on the roof and put some temporary weather proofing on so it wouldn't cause any more damage inside my home. Then was back out the following weekend to fix the hole. Our roof was damaged after Beryl and we needed a replacement. We originally went through another company and they never followed up with us, so when we heard about TX Diamond Roofing through friend, we gave them a shot and we’re soooo glad we did. Nick came to our home and explained the process from start to finish, showed us different products and provided a clear timeline for the repairs. He had an entire team working on our roof all day and they even helped us move our trashcan out to the front for trash day.
